What does ScreenShepherd do?
ScreenShepherd helps you reduce distracting screen time by blocking selected apps and websites, sending reminders, and helping you stick to your focus plan.
Why does it need Screen Time permission?
Apple requires Screen Time permission for app and website blocking. Without that permission, blocking features may not work.
Do I have to allow notifications?
No, but ScreenShepherd works better with notifications on. Reading reminders and some blocking handoff moments depend on them.
How much does it cost?
The current setup is $2.99 weekly or $29.99 lifetime. Trial availability, purchase status, cancellations, and refunds are shown in the iOS purchase flow.
